    Description

    Original Russell & Erwin mortise lock with #370 on the inside of the brace plate.  Salvaged from the 1910 house we currently live in.
    Box is ~3.625" x 3.25" and is ~0.5" thick
    Brass plate measures ~5.5" x 0.9375" and is ~0.375" thick
    Weighs 1 lb. 0.03 oz.
    I think I have four of these, so the one delivered may not be the exact one, but it will be the exact model, measurements, condition, etc.  Comes with keyhole cover but does NOT come with key.  There may be old paint on the keyhole cover that would need to be removed.
